Upon full payment of all fees, DesignStudio transfers ownership of final design deliverables to the client. This includes final Figma files, exported assets, logos, and brand guidelines as specified in the project scope. The following are NOT transferred and remain the exclusive property of DesignStudio: • Unused design concepts, sketches, and wireframes not selected for final delivery • Proprietary design processes, methodologies, and templates • Portfolio rights: DesignStudio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place • Source code or development work not explicitly included in the project scope Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, icons) are licensed separately and subject to their respective license terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate licensing for all third-party assets used in production.
